Volunteers are at the heart of RPA's community conservation mission. Volunteering is a way to connect with the RPA community, learn new skills, and an opportunity to contribute to RPA’s work in a meaningful way.

As an RPA volunteer, you'll join a community of people working to make a real difference. We want you to leave with great stories, a sense of accomplishment, and a sense of community.

There are all kinds of opportunities available. Help collect data during a community science outing, or help pick apples in the fall. Join us for trail work or land stewardship activities such as invasive species removal. Or work with us to arrange a special workday for your scout troop, work group, school group, college organization, or other group.

Want to find out more? Just fill out our quick volunteer interest form. There's no commitment - it's just a way for us to start a conversation.

You can always contact Kim Murdick, RPA's Volunteer Coordinator, at kim@rensselaerplateau.org.
