Office Manager​
Do you find joy in creating and maintaining organizational systems? Do you love the outdoors and want to be a part of conserving it for future generations? Do you want to be a critical part of a small team and contribute to the success of a local, community-centered organization? Are you happy working with data and numbers and want to learn the nuts and bolts of non-profit management? If so, we would love to hear from you regarding the new role of Office Manager at Hudson Taconic Lands!

​You will work with the Operations Director to support Hudson Taconic Land’s office and operations, including bookkeeping, grant administration and general office management.
The Office Manager is a permanent full-time position with a starting salary of $48k. This is a hybrid position, with some office and some remote time (see job description for more details). HTL offers a competitive compensation package which includes paid sick and vacation time, employer-paid health insurance, access to FSA, and the opportunity to participate in a 401k. This position will occasionally require participation in prescheduled evening and weekend meetings. Some travel will be required.

Stewardship Associate
Do you love the land and want to help care for it? Do you like working with groups of people on projects? Do you want to be a critical part of a small team and contribute to the success of a local, community-centered organization? Are you happy spending some time at a desk and other time out doing physical work in the fresh air? If so, we would love to hear from you regarding the new role of Stewardship Associate at Hudson Taconic Lands!

​You will work with the Stewardship Manager to support Hudson Taconic Land’s land conservation and stewardship, including working with our volunteer trail crew, supporting land management, property infrastructure and special projects.
The Stewardship Associate is a seasonal full-time position with a salary of $28k. This is a hybrid position, with some office and some remote time (see job description for more details). HTL offers a competitive compensation package which includes paid sick and vacation time, employer-paid health insurance, access to FSA, and the opportunity to participate in a 401k. This position will occasionally require participation in prescheduled evening and weekend meetings. Some travel will be required.
Applications will be accepted until February 1, 2025. Interviews will take place in February, with a position start date of March 1, 2025. This seasonal position will end on November 30, 2025. Depending on the candidate’s needs and availability, HTL may be able to continue providing health insurance during the “off season” (December 1 – February 28) if the candidate is invited to return for the 2026 season.
