The Rensselaer Plateau Alliance and Rensselaer Land Trust are now Hudson Taconic Lands. 

On January 1, 2024, the Rensselaer Plateau Alliance and Rensselaer Land Trust merged. The merged organization is now known as Hudson Taconic Lands (HTL). As HTL, we honor and celebrate the journeys and achievements that have led to where we are today. We are excitedly planning and growing into the future, guided by the wisdom and experiences of both land trusts and their strong community partnerships and members.
